Accessibility to public transport allows our facilities to be easily accessible and at the same time contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions from private vehicles. Such initiatives are seen in our facilities near malls, terminals and main thoroughfares. Many of our properties even boast of actual terminals integrated in the property to provide direct access to the public transport system. Aside from the proximity to public transport, our properties also consider easy access to the other parts of the community such as retail, residential and amenities through covered walkways, elevated walkways, access doors and pedestrian arcades.
