Ayala Triangle Tower Two aims to revitalize the Makati Central Business District by providing an unmatched premium and luxury experience that integrates seamlessly with the Ayala Triangle Gardens. Located in an 18,150-square meter lot inside Ayala Triangle, on the corners of Paseo de Roxas and Makati Avenue, the development will host two towers on top of a four-story retail podium with premium retail offerings, all of which aim to provide employees access to a well-balanced lifestyle and enhanced productivity. The first tower will house a 40-story premium office, while the second tower will be a 24-story five-star hotel building. As a testament to Ayala Land’s commitment to environmental sustainability and green building practices, green elements surround the building podium and extend the park well beyond the building line. The office aims to be a LEED Gold Certified Building.
