Ayala Center Cebu Tower

The Business Process Outsource (BPO) building shall be located on a 3,424 square-meter lot within the 8.8-hectare Ayala Center Cebu property along Bohol Avenue. The site is currently used as parking and drop off area for the mall.

The PEZA-certified project shall consist of retail shops at the ground and second levels while Call Centers / Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) offices can be found at the upper floors. The 12-story corporate center holds a Gross Leasable Area of 15,485 square meters and a large floor plate of 2,100 square meters, with available office space for rent. The project will also include appropriate parking for the development in compliance with the National Building Code (NBC). The building occupants and the general public or customers of Ayala Center Cebu may use this parking. Philenergy will manage the District Cooling System (DCS) to be located at the basement levels.
