Ayala Land Inc. (ALI), the country’s leading full-line property developer, recently broke ground for its 16th office building at the UP-Ayala Land TechnoHub

The ceremony was led by Carol Mills, Ayala Land Assistant Vice President and Head of Ayala Land Offices, together with University of the Philippines Vice President for Development Elvira Zamora and Assistant Vice President for Development Christopher Espina, and Barangay UP Campus Chairwoman Isabelita Gravides . Among those who attended the event were executives from Ayala Land and Makati Development Corporation as well as guests from partner agencies namely Arco Group, Jones Lang Lasalle and Cushman & Wakefield.

A joint venture between Ayala Land and the University of the Philippines, the UP-Ayala Land TechnoHub continues to provide a venue for industry and academe collaboration in a campus-type setting. To date, the development has a total of 15 buildings, providing 24/7 office solutions for leading BPO and IT companies that have expanded their businesses in Quezon City. As the country’s first science and technology park and Ayala Land’s first office development in Quezon City, the UP-Ayala Land Technohub welcomes another addition to its portfolio of world-class BPO office buildings.

The new office building will provide an ideal working environment for young urban professionals, thereby enhancing their productivity. Conveniently located along Commonwealth Avenue, it will have easy access to public transport systems and a 500-sqm support retail facility catering to the basic needs of the office workers and nearby residents of the area.
