Ayala Land Offices (ALO), the office real estate solutions arm of Ayala Land, recently blessed the newest office development in the south – Alabang Town Center Corporate Center.

The ceremony was led by Carol Mills, Ayala Land Assistant Vice President and Head of Ayala Land Offices, together with BPLO Head of Muntinlupa City Gary Llamas. Among those who attended the event were executives from Ayala Land, Alabang Commercial Corporation and Makati Development Corporation as well as guests from partner agencies Jones Lang Lasalle and Cushman & Wakefield.

Situated along Madrigal Avenue, Alabang Town Center Corporate Center, will be accessible to major thoroughfares such as the South Luzon Expressway thru Alabang – Zapote Road. The 11-storey tower will cater to the growing needs of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firms looking to expand in the south of Metro Manila.

The office building will be integrated with the mall thru covered walk-ways giving locators and their employees easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment options where they can unwind and relax.
